Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Request for returns should be made via email or phone within 7 days of receiving delivery. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items will be refunded resulting from error in the processing of the order and/or any conditions that we realize is fair. Sizes can be exchanged at your request. A refund will not be issued.

When requesting refund, please provide us an invoice number and the reason why you wish to return an item. Please specify if you wish to get a refund or a replacement of the product. Refund will be provided within 15 days once the request is processed.

Shipping charges for the original purchase will not be refunded. For products requested for exchanges resulting from our error, we will not charge for shipment. For any other customer related requests, the customer will be responsible for shipment.

Please Note:

We work with small individual cotton industries to bring you our quality selection and all products are paid in advance. Hence, we have only a limited time frame within which the products can be returned. Please contact us for any special considerations and requests.
